Igor Paroški rođen je u Novom Sadu. Osnovnu i osnovnu muzičku školu „Stevan Hristić“ završio je u Bačkoj Palanci. Svoje muzičko školovanje nastavio je na odsjeku harmonike Muzičke škole „Isidor Bajić“ u Novom Sadu u klasi prof. Nade Vještice. Diplomirao je na Akademiji umetnosti u Novom Sadu na smjeru za Opštu muzičku pedagogiju.
Od 2006. godine zaposlen je u Muzičkoj školi „Isidor Bajić“ kao dirigent Orkestra harmonika Margita Baračkov sa kojim je osvajao prve nagrade na Republičkom takmičenju muzičkih škola Srbije, Festivalu muzičkih škola Srbije i Susretima harmonikaša u Puli. Takođe je dirigovao orkestrima harmonika u nekoliko projekata. 2012. godine dirigovao je orkestrom harmonika u okviru međunarodnog projekta Panonika harmonika (Brežice, Slovenija). Na otvaranju 7. Svetske konferencije pijanista u Novom Sadu 2015. godine nastupio je kao dirigent kamernog orkestra harmonika i renomiranog novosadskog klavirskog dua Ingmar. 2016. godine dirigovao je Orkestrom harmonika Akademije za glasbo u Ljubljani u okviru projekta Dani harmonike.
Od 2011. godine u istoj školi počinje da radi i sa kamernim ansamblima. Pod njegovim mentorstvom ansambli su osvojili prve nagrade na mnogim takmičenjima – Republičko takmičenje muzičkih škola Srbije, Međunarodno takmičenje Davorin Jenko (Beograd), Susreti harmonikaša u Puli, AKORDEON ART plus (Istočno Sarajevo), Svjetski trofej za harmoniku (Montagris, Francuska), Festival Isidor Bajić (Novi Sad) gde je i nagrađen nagradom za najboljeg nastavnika.
Učestvovao je u radu žirija u kategoriji kamerne muzike i orkestara na Festivalu muzičkih škola Srbije, Rapubličkom takmičenju za kamernu muziku UMBPS, Festivala Isidor Bajić za kamernu muziku, Susretima harmonikaša u Puli i Svjetskom trofeju za harmoniku.
Od 2017. je rukovodilac Stručnog aktiva za kamernu muziku u Muzičkoj školi „Isidor Bajić“, a od 2022. rukovodilac Stručnog vijeća za kamernu muziku i grupno muziciranje. Jedan je od osnivača Festivala za kamernu muziku Isidor Bajić u Novom Sadu.

Igor Paroški was born in Novi Sad. He completed his primary education and primary music school „Stevan Hristić“ in Bačka Palanka. He continued his musical education at the „Isidor Bajić“ music school in Novi Sad, majoring in accordion under Professor Nada Vještica. He graduated from the Academy of arts in Novi Sad with a degree in General music pedagogy.
Since 2006, he has been working at the „Isidor Bajić“ music school as the conductor of the „Margita Baračkov“ accordion orchestra. Under his leadership, the orchestra has won first prizes at the Republic competition of music schools of Serbia, the Serbian music school festival, and the International Accordionists’ Meeting in Pula. He has also conducted accordion orchestras across several international projects. In 2012, he conducted the accordion orchestra as part of the international Panonika Harmonika project in Brežice, Slovenia. At the opening of the 7th World Piano Conference in Novi Sad in 2015, he performed as the conductor of a chamber accordion orchestra alongside the renowned Novi Sad piano duo, Ingmar. In 2016, he conducted the Accordion orchestra of the Academy of music in Ljubljana as part of the Days of Accordion project.
In 2011, he also began working with chamber ensembles at the „Isidor Bajić“ music school. Under his mentorship, these ensembles have secured first prizes at numerous competitions, including the Republic competition of music schools of Serbia, the International competition Davorin Jenko (Belgrade), the International Accordionists’ Meeting in Pula, AKORDEON ART plus (East Sarajevo), Trophée mondial (Montargis, France), and the Isidor Bajić Festival (Novi Sad), where he was also honored with the Best teacher award.
He has served as a jury member in the chamber music and orchestra categories at the Serbian music school festival, the Republic chamber music competition (UMBPS), the Isidor Bajić Chamber music festival, the International Accordionists’ Meeting in Pula and the Trophée mondial.
Since 2017, he has held the position of Head of the Expert department for Chamber music at the „Isidor Bajić“ music school, and since 2022, he has served as the Head of the Expert council for Chamber music and Group performance. He is also one of the founders of the Isidor Bajić Chamber music festival in Novi Sad.
