АНДРЕА КАНТУ (Језеро Комо, Италија, 1992). Алдо Чиколини (Aldo Ciccolini) је о Андреи написао: „Његов музички сензибилитет ме дубоко покреће“. Интерпретације Андреа Канту комбинују трансцендентални виртуозитет и емоционалну интроспекцију. Клавир је почео изучавати са шест година. Дипломирао је са највишим почастима на Конзерваторијуму Ђузепе Верди (Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi) Комо, након студија са професором Маријом Патуцијем. Наставио је школовање на Ecole Normale de Musique Alfred Cortot са професором Paul Blacher и приватно са Алдом Чиколинијем. Своје компетенције у свирању клавијатурних инструмената чембала и клавира је усавршавао са Емилијом Фадини (Emilia Fadini). Мастер диплому у области музичког извођења је стекао на Guildhall School Music of Music and Drama (Лондон, Велика Британија) са руководиоцем одсјека Ронан Охара (Ronan O’Hora) и Каролин Палмер (Caroline Palmer). Учествовао је на неколико пијанистичких такмичења, освојио прву награду на Città di Caraglio International Competition, другу награду на Concorso Nazionale Strumentistico di Giussano и на Monterosa Kawai International Competition. Такође је побједио на такмичењима Concorso Maria Giubilei, Franz Terraneo prize, London Grand Prize Virtuoso, Scholarship Piano City Milano 2014. Учествовао је на многим мајсторским радионицама са Aldo Ciccolini на Musica Riva Festival (Riva del Garda), са Roberto Plano на Accademia Varesina, са Boris Petrushansky на Imola Summer Piano Academy&Festival 2014 и са Sergio Perticaroli на Mozarteum Summer Academy. ANDREA CANTÙ was born in 1992 around Lake of Come (Italy). Aldo Ciccolini wrote about him: „His musical sensibility deeply moves me“. His interpretations combine transcendental virtuosity with emotional introspection. He began studying piano at the tender age of six. He graduated with top honors at Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi of Come after studying with Mario Patuzzi. He continued his studies in Paris at Ecole Normale de Musique Alfred Cortot with Paul Blacher and privately with Aldo Ciccolini. He increased his competence of the keyboard through harpsichord and fortepiano with Emilia Fadini. He got tha Master in Music Performance at Guildhall School Music of Music and Drama in London with the Head of Department, mr. Ronan O’Hora, and Caroline Palmer. He took part to several piano competitions, winning the first absolute prize at „Città di Caraglio International Competition“, the second prize at „Concorso Nazionale Strumentistico di Giussano“ and at „Monterosa Kawai International Competition“. He also won „Concorso Maria Giubilei“, „Franz Terraneo prize“, „London Grand Prize Virtuoso“, „Scholarship Piano City Milano 2014“. He took part to several masterclasses, with Aldo Ciccolini at Musica Riva Festival (Riva del Garda), with Roberto Plano at Accademia Varesina, with Boris Petrushansky at Imola Summer Piano Academy&Festival 2014 and with Sergio Perticaroli at the Mozarteum Summer Academy. He founded and he is the artistic director of Festival Pianistico Internazionale Lago di Lecco. He owns an interesting piano collection, including one of the three Rossini’s discovered pianos, and he often uses these instruments for recitals. He graduated in law as well in University of Pavia and now he is studying medicine in University of East Sarajevo.
